30 - Brownies

 30 - Brownies

Today's new puzz.link genre is Brownies (ブラウニー). I'm normally not the biggest fan of "moving genres", as evidenced by me never having posted one on the blog before. But I think this one is pretty good! I like the simplicity and how well it lends itself to smooth logical solve paths. This genre was already implemented on Kudamono, another pencil puzzle player, but the maintainers of both sites agreed it would perhaps be a better fit for puzz.link. Regardless, I'll include links to both players.

Here's the rules and example from the rules page:

Draw lines to move some of the circles. A circle can be moved horizontally or vertically, but cannot make a turn. Movement lines cannot cross or overlap each other. Lines can also not go through the start- or endpoint of other circles. Circles cannot be moved through shaded cells. Numbers indicate the amount of circles that must be in the (up to 8) orthogonally and diagonally adjacent cells.

I would strongly recommend using shading (in puzz.link) or XO marks (Kudamono) to keep track of cells which can and can't contain circles. Now, without further ado...
